WES & CanadaVisa Team Up for Webinar on Leveraging Overseas Credentials in Canada
World Education Services (WES), a renowned organization for international academic credential evaluation, has partnered with CanadaVisa for a webinar aimed at supporting newcomers in leveraging their academic credentials in Canada's job market and higher education.
Founded in 1994, CanadaVisa is a trusted online platform providing information on immigration, visas, and integration in Canada. WES, established nearly 50 years ago, specializes in evaluating and recognizing foreign educational credentials. Together, they have hosted webinars to guide newcomers in utilizing their overseas qualifications effectively in Canada.
The upcoming webinar, 'Empowering Newcomer Success', will walk attendees through the process of applying for WES credential evaluations. This includes understanding required documents and the verification process. WES will explain how they evaluate educational qualifications, issuing reports that highlight the Canadian equivalency of degrees and diplomas. The webinar will also cover different types of credential evaluations, such as Document-by-Document, Course-by-Course, and Educational Credential Assessments (ECA).
Participants will gain insights into how WES credential reports can enhance job searches, résumés, interview confidence, and salary negotiations. WES, as a non-profit social enterprise, supports the educational, economic, and social inclusion of immigrants, refugees, and international students.
World Education Services (WES) and CanadaVisa present the 'Empowering Newcomer Success' webinar, offering guidance on navigating Canada's job market and higher education using WES credential evaluations.
