After a long and illustrious career at West Elementary School in Parchim, Marion Wilzewski, the beloved fourth-grade teacher, bid farewell to her students and colleagues during a poignant ceremony. Despite health issues, Marion was present for the emotional event, her eyes shining with pride as she watched her students receive their certificates.

The ceremony took place in the bright, inner area of the school, with Marion greeted by companions who exchanged warm words upon her arrival. School principal Ines Plettner, deputy principal Anja Fuessel, and the administration team warmly welcomed Marion, while some parents and members of the teaching staff could not help but wipe away tears during the heartfelt proceedings.
