Requirements: - Completed commercial banking or related vocational training or higher education in business or finance. - Several years of professional experience in customer service or banking. - Leadership skills and experience managing a team. - Strong communication and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in banking software and MS Office. - Ability to work independently and drive service improvements. - Previous experience as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or Sparkasse clerk (m/f/d) is an advantage.
