Scholarship initiative by EN+ and RUSAL opens opportunities for gifted students to apply

Bust out those books and get ready for a rewarding academic journey! The fifth season of the En+ and RUSAL Scholarship Program is upon us! This year, the program will be bigger and better, with scholarships available for students from 58 educational institutions in 23 cities where the companies operate. Pop the champagne and let the knowledge marathon begin!
"We're thrilled to kick off the fifth season of our Scholarship Program," says Natalia Albrecht, Deputy General Director for Human Resources at EN+ and RUSAL. "We've seen an increasing interest in the program every year, and we're dedicated to providing opportunities for these young minds to shine. Our aim is to support students not just financially, but by offering them access to the best practices and communication with industry leaders throughout their studies."
Interested in joining the ranks of these engaged, forward-thinking students? Here's a lowdown on what you can expect:
- College and technical school students can receive up to 15,000 rubles per month.
- University students can snag up to 25,000 rubles per month.
- Professional development opportunities like conferences, internships, and access to electronic libraries are up for grabs.
Scholarship Treasures: More Than Money
The program, started in 2021, has helped more than 600 students so far, such as third-year student Yulia Shuválova from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev.
"The Scholarship Program opened up awesome experiences for me, like an excursion to Avtovaz TEC and an internship offer at EN+," shared Yulia. "I can't wait to apply again this year!"
For students at the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev with grades of "good" and "excellent," the opportunity to apply is right at your fingertips! The selection committee, consisting of experts and company representatives, will consider not just academic achievements, but also participation in scientific competitions, conferences, exhibitions, and volunteer activities.
How to Apply?
The deadline for applications is July 16, 2025. Hop on over to the corporate portal of the Scholarship Program of En+ and RUSAL to submit your application. Don't forget to check the portal for detailed information on eligibility, application processes, and selection criteria. The selection process will run from July 17 to 31, with interviews taking place from August 4 to 23. A-ha! The Results Day is set for September 15, 2025.
