Dormagen, Germany. Due to financial constraints, the TSG Dormagen has reorganized its sponsorship for the Open Extended Daycare (OGS) in Dormagen. In a significant development, on Monday, January 27, a cooperation agreement was signed between Mayor Erik Lierenfeld and the heads of three Dormagen schools for the Open Extended Schools for the school year 2025/26.
Temporarily, the Dormagen Social Service gGmbH (DoS) will assume responsibility at the three locations. The mayor expressed his satisfaction with this swift and satisfactory solution for the three primary schools. He stated, "The DoS immediately agreed to temporarily take over the responsibility at the three locations."
For the school years 2026/27, the sponsorship of the three locations will be re-tendered in hopes of finding a new sponsor.
