In Gelendzhik, a prestigious competition is underway to crown Russia's best kindergarten teacher. A total of 88 educators from across the country have gathered, aiming to be among the top 15 who will advance to the next stage.
The competition, titled 'Teacher of the Year Russia - 2025', is currently in its first watch. The 88 participants, including Olga Kondrina from Chita, are showcasing their skills in front of the 'Expert Council', the jury responsible for selecting the best buy to move forward.
The first watch involves a meeting with parents and leading a lesson for preschoolers. This phase allows the jury to assess each teacher's ability to engage with families and educate young children effectively. After careful consideration, the jury will announce the 15 laureates who will proceed to the second stage on September 27.
The competition is fierce, with each educator bringing their unique teaching style and passion for education. The ultimate winner will be revealed after October 3 in a grand ceremony at the Kremlin, marking a significant milestone in their career and a testament to the dedication and hard work of kindergarten teachers across Russia.
