Recruitment firm Adecco has named Paola Ospina as their inaugural 'CEO for a Month'.
Paola Ospina, with a background and passion in Advertising and Marketing, is set to embark on an exciting new journey. On August 30th, she will start her CEO experience at the Win4Youth event in France.
The Win4Youth event brings together 85 colleagues from 35 countries, all eager to support 5 youth development foundations. This year's event is particularly significant as it marks the beginning of Paola's month-long tenure as CEO.
The 'CEO for one month' position is part of the our Way To WorkTM programme, an initiative aimed at turning a lost generation into a loved generation. In 2013, the programme saw 88 young people from 50 countries participate, working in diverse areas of business.
Paola was chosen for this prestigious role following a rigorous selection process. The finalists were tested, challenged, and assessed based on team spirit, customer focus, passion, responsibility, entrepreneurship, cool head, warm heart, and working hands.
During her CEO experience, Paola will attend operational meetings, carry out business assignments, and gain a first-hand insight into the running of a Fortune 500 company. She will be working alongside our group CEO, Patrick De Maeseneire, for the entire month of September.
After her CEO experience, Paola will be offered a job at our company that suits her skills, talents, and aspirations. The programme offers a unique opportunity for youngsters to showcase their talents to potential employers.

Paola expressed her excitement about learning and developing her skills during her month as CEO. She is looking forward to making a positive impact and contributing to the success of our company. The candidate selected as CEO for the month in 2021 under the "our Way to WorkTM" program is not specified, but their intensive experience in the company begins in February 2022.
