One City District: A New Vibrant Community Rising!

Real Estate Firm Closes Deal on 21-hectare Plot for Developing One City District Neighborhood

One United Properties, the green real estate developer in Romania, has made a game-changing move with the acquisition of a 21-hectare plot in Bucharest's Sector 5. This prime location is set to be transformed into the stunning One City District community. The price tag? A cool 21 million euros!

"This deal sets the stage for One United Properties to share our expertise in quality and sustainability with a broader audience," said Victor Căpitanu, co-CEO of One United Properties with a grin. "One City District embodies our belief in the potential of affordable premium housing, catering to the evolving needs of Bucharest residents."

CPI Romania, the seller, sees the transaction as a triumphant completion of another step in their portfolio optimization strategy. Fulga Dinu, Country Manager CPI Romania, expressed confidence that the project developed by ONE will breathe new life into Bucharest.

Stepping into the affordable premium housing market, One City District will feature about 3,000 residential units, thoughtfully master-planned as a self-sustainable neighborhood. Designed for the upper tier of Bucharest's residential mass market, this project will seamlessly blend affordability and quality, delivering high-quality living conditions and a distinctive choice within the city's housing landscape.

With a portion of the funding coming from the 68-million-euro capital raised during the 2024 share capital increase, One United Properties is proving its knack for mobilizing resources for large-scale developments. The company's vision goes beyond delivering exceptional homes, aiming to raise the standard for urban living.

"We're not only about creating homes; we're about reviving neglected areas and transforming them into thriving communities," stated Andrei Diaconescu, the other co-CEO of One United Properties, with a spark in his eyes.

Nestled within a 10-minute drive from Unirii Square, One City District will boast several access points for improved accessibility by car and pedestrian, proximity to public transport, and an array of essential amenities. These include a park, plenty of green spaces, educational facilities, a fitness center with a pool, markets, retail facilities with food operators, walking and cycling paths, and much more!

One City District is specifically tailored for Romania's emerging middle class, especially dual-income families seeking convenience, access to amenities, and thoughtfully designed homes. Beyond One City District, One United Properties has its eyes on several other land plots to enable the development of multiple communities catering to the same premium affordable market segment.

In the face of rising demand for properties that maintain a balance between quality and affordability, One City District is poised to bridge a significant gap in the market. As consumers increasingly value properties that offer premium features at accessible prices, One United Properties is more than ready to step up and continue its mission of shaping Bucharest by creating innovative and sustainable communities.
