Payroll Specialist for Job Implementation

This new hire comes as the company continues to grow, having raised $286 million to date and boasting a current valuation of $1.2 billion [1].
The Payroll Implementation Specialist will be the primary contact for Oyster's expanding global customer base, assisting in creating, updating, and tracking project plans for the successful roll-out of Global Payroll solutions across various countries [2]. The role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling, proficient skills in Excel and Google Sheets, and experience working with internal and/or external stakeholders [3].
The successful candidate will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to gather payroll requirements at both global and local levels. They will oversee the configuration of each customer's payroll according to their requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations [4]. The Payroll Implementation Specialist will also assist clients throughout the initial go-live phase and track data quality and accuracy for at least two months post-migration [5].
