Participants sought from Trans-Baikal region for the "I Am a Pro" Contest
The IX season of the All-Russian Students' Olympiad "I am a Professional" has commenced in Russia, offering students from higher education institutions in the Zabaykalsky Krai a unique opportunity to participate and take a step towards their future careers.
The competition, implemented by the presidential platform "Russia - the country of opportunities", covers a wide range of specialties, including medicine, agricultural sciences, technical, and humanitarian fields. This year, an academic and industrial tourism program has been introduced, providing participants with visits to civil aviation plants, nuclear power stations, ore dressing plants, leading universities, and scientific laboratories across the country.
Participants in the competition have the chance to join the national talent pool, providing access to vacancies from over 700 employers. The national talent pool is a valuable resource, offering opportunities to students beyond the competition itself.
The qualifying round of the competition will take place from November 14 to December 1, with the finals scheduled from February to April. Results of the competition will be announced in June.
Tasks for the competition are developed in collaboration with industrial partners to ensure they closely reflect real industrial challenges. Last season, 143 students from four universities in the Zabaykalsky Krai participated in the Olympiad.
Registration for the competition is open until November 11 on the official project website. The competition is open to students from higher education institutions in the Zabaykalsky Krai, as stated earlier.
