Over 19,000 students across Kuban are participating in mock examinations
In the Krasnodar Territory, the "Professionalism" project, a part of the "Youth and Children" national initiative, is currently underway. This project is designed to provide practical experience and foster professional growth among young people, and it is organised by the regional administration.
On 521 accredited platforms, including modern laboratories and workshops of Kuban technical schools, a demonstration exam is taking place. This exam aims to simulate real-world production situations, ensuring that the students are well-prepared for their future careers.
Both graduates and third-year students of colleges and technical schools are participating in this exam. The focus is on 95 professions and specialties, with the most popular being work on CNC machines, welding, electrical installation work, finishing construction work, and hotel administration.
For instance, car repair masters must identify and eliminate engine malfunctions during the exam, while student cooks are required to prepare three dishes from given ingredients. Future teachers are expected to develop technological cards for extracurricular activities.
Over 4,300 accredited experts, including 2,500 from employers, are evaluating the students' skills. The evaluation process may lead to offers for internships or employment for successful graduates.
