Fourteen nursing professionals recently received their graduation certificates from the Quirlsberg Academy following a three-year training program that covers general, pediatric, and geriatric nursing. The school, a joint venture of the Evangelical Hospital in Bergisch Gladbach, affiliated diakonische facilities, and the hospital in Wermelskirchen, held a ceremony to recognize their accomplishments.
School director Georg Kerkhoff and his deputy Claudia Gregor congratulated the students and commended their personal and professional growth, stating, "You have all undergone a transformation in the past three years." Olivia Greinert, the course leader, echoed their praise, expressing pride in each student's journey and achievement.
Ralf Herbert, the training coordinator, and Bianca Markowski, deputy director of nursing, expressed congratulations on behalf of both hospitals. Otmar Hahn, the personnel manager from Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg, further emphasized the importance of the new professionals' chosen profession and encouraged them to maintain their passion and perseverance in their future careers.
The majority of graduates have chosen to continue working with the training institutions and will receive a welcome bonus of €5,000 as an expression of appreciation for their commitment.
