Meet skulio: The AI Tool Revolutionizing Worksheet Creation for Teachers
Elias Perez and Teoman Kose have launched skulio, an AI tool designed to assist educators with administrative tasks, in 2024. The startup, based in Cologne, aims to revolutionise worksheet creation for teachers, promoting inclusivity and saving time.
Perez and Kose, who met during a summer job in Vienna, complement each other's skills in management and software development. Their journey began at a university seminar where they identified the challenge of creating worksheets for teachers. They launched skulio to tackle this issue, aiming to help educators create high-quality, personalised worksheets quickly.
The startup, which plans to monetise through a subscription model offering individual and school licenses, is currently seeking its first round of financing. Despite the challenge of maintaining close user contact while moving quickly as a small team, skulio is set to bring its product to market readiness and gather user feedback through early access and pilot projects. CologneBusiness, a platform offering job listings in the startup scene, has been a useful resource for the founders.
skulio, based in Cologne's thriving startup ecosystem of around 800 startups, is poised to make a significant impact on education. With a mission to promote inclusive learning through efficient worksheet creation, the startup is set to transform educators' administrative tasks, saving them time and effort.
