Mayor Rejects Claims of School Capacity Shortage in Krasnoleśi and Academy District
Living in Krasnolesye (or Krass City, as the locals call it) is becoming a bit of a challenge, according to reports from community group "Good Deed". They've raised concerns about a potential school crisis, stating that parents of incoming first-graders have been turned away from schools No. 123, 133, and 181.
"The situation is bleak. We've got word from the management of School of Social Hope No. 181 that due to a lack of classrooms and teachers, some classes will be disbanded, and students will be reshuffled to other classes. There's no budget to implement a three-shift schedule. In the upcoming school year, the school will have 104 classes, accommodating around 3280 students, with the main building only able to accommodate a measly 800!" - as reported by the activist Telegram.
However, the city administration is singing a different tune. "Within the Academic District, there are 9 educational institutions offering a total of 2572 places for future first-graders. As of June 11, there are vacancies in three schools: No. 19 (offering 51 spots), No. 25 (12 spots), and No. 181 (18 spots)," the mayor's office's press service told "Novy Day".

- The ongoing education-and-self-development crisis in Krasnolesye, as reported by "Good Deed", contrasts sharply with the city administration's claims, as the mayor's office states that there are vacancies in three schools, yet the School of Social Hope No. 181 is struggling with a lack of classrooms and teachers.
