Osnabrück, Germany - Over 150 Exhibitors to Showcase Career Opportunities at AUSBILDUNG 49 on May 16-17, 2025

The 12th edition of the AUSBILDUNG 49 career fair is set to take place on May 16 and 17, 2025, at Halle Gartlage in Osnabrück. This event offers students in grade 8 and above, parents, and teachers a unique opportunity to explore various training options and experience the diverse range of highlights.

Aiming to represent almost all vocational fields in the region, the fair will attract over 150 exhibitors, making it the largest training event in the city and district of Osnabrück. Outdoor areas will feature a variety of exhibits, such as the EDEKA Talents Truck, M+E-Info Truck, and more, providing interactive activities to engage students.

Indoor stands will host a multitude of interesting activities, including a driving simulator from Dachser SE, a skill game with an excavator from PORR Verkehrswegebau GmbH, and popcorn machines. Pick-and-win prizes like driving lessons, sailing courses, and electronics add to the allure of the event.

Central to the program is the "Career Slam: Your Career in 120 Seconds," where companies compete in a 2-minute pitch to present their training opportunities in an entertaining and interactive manner. The audience can vote for creative, clear, and relevant presentations.

Azubi Talk and Company Talk, which offer insider insights into various companies and career paths, provide valuable learning opportunities for attendees. A live podcast focusing on work culture, projects, and behind-the-scenes insights will also be part of the schedule.

Parental guidance will be provided at the Training Region of Osnabrück booth, offering valuable tips on creating application portfolios and career planning. The fair is open to students and their parents on both days of the event, with free admission for all.

The AUSBILDUNG 49 serves as a platform for recruiting young talent, with exhibitors actively seeking potential trainees for their companies. This year, Messebau-Werk GmbH & Co. KG will be the official exhibition stand builder, offering assistance with equipment and technology for exhibitors.

The Schirmherrschaften, or the patronage, for this event is provided by Katharina Pötter, Oberbürgermeisterin der Stadt Osnabrück, and Anna Kebschull, Landrätin des Landkreises Osnabrück.
