Magadan Region Offers 1M Ruble Support Per Worker to Boost Labor Mobility in 2026
The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the Magadan Region has opened a new selection process for employers under a regional program. The program, aiming to boost labor mobility in 2026, offers financial support of 1,000,000 rubles per worker to eligible employers. Applications are now being accepted.
The submission period for applications is from October 13, 2025, to October 24, 2025. Interested employers can submit their applications in person at the city of Magadan, Portovaya Street, 8, room 523, or via email. Applicants must submit an application form, information letters, copies of constituent documents, and a guarantee letter confirming no wage arrears. Employers must meet certain requirements, including not being a foreign legal entity, not being involved in extremist activities, not being a foreign agent, and not being in the process of reorganization or liquidation. The program aims to assist employers in attracting additional labor resources from other regions.
The additional selection for the regional program is underway, with a focus on increasing labor mobility for 2026. Employers can benefit from financial support of up to 1,000,000 rubles per worker. Applications should be submitted by October 24, 2025.
