In an effort to strengthen the legal culture, instill trust in state institutions, and discourage law violations and corruption, the government has initiated a countrywide "People's Lawyer" campaign. This campaign aims to provide legal consultations to citizens.
Noteworthy organizations supporting this initiative include Kazakhstan's Anti-Corruption Agency, the Ministry of Justice, various state authorities, top lawyers, and renowned legal professionals. The "Paragraph" information system, Prosud.kz, the Republican College of Advocates, and our website are also involved.
Citizens can seek advice from representatives of numerous state institutions, such as the State Revenue Committee, Financial Monitoring Agency, Anti-Corruption Agency, General Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense, local administration offices (akimats), police, court bailiffs, and highly regarded Kazakhstani lawyers, notaries, and mediators.
Public consultation locations are available in major cities like Astana and Almaty. In Astana, citizens can find specialists at the Al-Farabi Schoolchildren's Palace (Momyshuly Street, 5), while in Almaty, consultations are offered at Caspian University (Dostyk Avenue, 85a). These services are provided free of charge.
