Kuban's Middle Professional Education System Marks 85 Years of Empowering Students
The Middle Professional Education System in Kuban recently celebrated its 85th anniversary. Acting Vice Governor Anna Minkova extended warm wishes to educators and students on this significant milestone.
Over the years, the system has grown and evolved, now offering training in 72 professions and 149 specialties across 138 technical schools and colleges. Around 164,000 students are currently enrolled in these institutions.
To mark the occasion, federal and regional awards were presented to dedicated workers in the sphere of vocational education and training (VET). Modern workshops and competence centers have been established in VET institutions across the region, ensuring students receive high-quality, relevant education.
The region consistently expands state-funded places in educational institutions, reflecting its commitment to accessible, quality education. Partnerships with employers are also strengthened to guarantee graduates' employment and the relevance of education to market demands.
