EIOH Dwelling Spotlights Resident
Dr. Courtney Gormley, a recent graduate from the prestigious Eastman Institute for Oral Health (EIOH) General Practice Residency (GPR) program, is currently job hunting for an associate position in private practice.
After completing her studies at the NYU College of Dentistry last year, Dr. Gormley spent the following year honing her skills at the EIOH program. The experience not only boosted her confidence as a clinician but also enabled her to perform more complicated procedures.
Born in Vero Beach, FL, Dr. Gormley has a special connection with Rochester, NY, where she has grown to love the city's various parks and hiking trails, particularly Corbett's Glen Nature Park.
Outside of her dental practice, Dr. Gormley enjoys the simple pleasures in life. An espresso machine is one of her favorite possessions, providing the necessary caffeine boost to get through the week. She also cherishes spending time outdoors, exploring the city's natural beauty.
One person who has significantly influenced Dr. Gormley's life is her grandma. Her grandma's resilience and determination have served as a constant inspiration, shaping Dr. Gormley's character and approach to life.
While Dr. Gormley has yet to experience a hot air balloon ride, it's safe to say that her future is filled with exciting possibilities. As she embarks on her new journey in private practice, we wish her the best of luck in finding a fulfilling role where she can continue to make a difference in people's lives.
