The initiative aims to strengthen the UAE's property sector and foster entrepreneurship, with the first batch of 50 Emirati firms commencing on 27 October at Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The incubator, part of the national campaign 'The Emirates: The Startup Capital of the World', will provide participants with accredited certificates and a year of mentorship to support their long-term growth. It will equip realtors with advanced skills and global best practices, covering legal, financial, operational, technology, artificial intelligence, and professional ethics aspects of real estate.

Leaders from Dubai Silicon Oasis and the New Economy Academy emphasised the programme's focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and capacity building. They aim to foster Emirati talent and contribute to a sustainable, knowledge-driven economy.
