A seventh-grader from an Olympic reserve school-boarding facility in North Kazakhstan is being bullied by older students, according to claims made by the boy's mother, Marjan Asau. The boy, who has been involved in sports since the age of four and had big plans, has stopped communicating via video with his family and asked to go home, leading to the discovery of the bullying.

The school boarding school director, Aslbek Aldimenov, has confirmed that a complaint about the bullying was filed. In response, the school has formed a special commission to conduct an internal investigation into the allegations. If the bullying is confirmed, the students involved will be expelled.

The bullies are reported to have threatened the boy with batons and sticks, suggesting an organized crime group. However, as of now, the bullying allegations are unconfirmed, and there is no publicly verified information about a leader of suspected organized crime being involved in the bullying.

The mother of the victim has stated that she will pursue criminal charges against the school and the bullies if the allegations are proven true. The school administration has also acknowledged that appropriate measures will be taken against the teachers who failed to notice the bullying.

The North Kazakhstan Department of Police has not yet commented on the situation. The CMN.KZ correspondent has reached out to the department for an official comment, but no response was received at the time of publication.

The boy's unusual behaviour was noticed by his mother about two weeks ago. Marjan Asau posted about the bullying on social media, sparking concern and support from the community.
