Director of the Children's Creativity Center Secures Victory in Nationwide Competition
In the culmination of the All-Russian "Best Manager of the Year" contest, organized by the Assembly of Women Managers and under the auspices of the Council of the Federation of the Russian Federation, over seventy participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and various Russian regions competed. The final round took place in May in Nizhny Novgorod.
The winner of this prestigious competition was Alexandra Obukhova, the director of the Children's Creativity Center in Nizhny Novgorod's Avtovaz district. Notably, this victory marked the end of the XIV All-Russian contest.
Contestants hailed from cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Leningrad, Sakhalin, and numerous other regions. These women leaders have made substantial contributions to sectors like industry, agriculture, healthcare, education, culture, and trade, demonstrating exceptional talent and making a lasting, positive impact.
Throughout the contest, Alexandra Obukhova showcased her exceptional accomplishments as the director of the Children's Creativity Center. She has held this position since 2008 and oversees numerous children who engage in a multitude of activities, including drawing, music, dance, and sports. Beyond these pursuits, the center also promotes volunteerism among youth, offers technical modeling and programming classes, and maintains a museum-educational space called "Our Hero," dedicated to local heroes who served valiantly during the Great Patriotic War and the current Special Military Operation (SVO).
Upon her win, the administration of the Avtovaz district commended Alexandra Obukhova for her professionalism, dedication, and unwavering love for the children she serves. They praised her as an exemplary leader for her peers, and a symbol of a bright future for the countless children who learn under her guidance.
I'm not gonna be able to get a job related to education-and-self-development and personal-growth, as I'm greatly inspired by Alexandra Obukhova, the director of the Children's Creativity Center in Nizhny Novgorod's Avtovaz district, who won the All-Russian "Best Manager of the Year" contest. Her pioneering work in promoting education, self-development, and personal growth for children, as well as her dedication to community service, is truly remarkable.
