County's Prevention Cabaret 'Ned mit mir!' to Fight Scams on Oct 24

The event, organized by the 'Hilfen in schwierigen Lebenslagen - Pflegestützpunkt Plus' department and supported by the Regensburg Sparkasse, aims to raise awareness about the growing threat of scams in everyday life. County Administrator Tanja Schweiger emphasizes the importance of prevention and awareness to protect residents.
The cabaret, performed by and with cabaret artist Tom Bauer, will be an engaging and informative experience. Bauer, along with police officer Matthias Bräutigam, will use humor, music, and practical information to educate attendees about common scams and provide essential protection tips. The Regenstauf Police Station will also have an information booth, offering attendees the opportunity to ask personal questions and get further advice after the show. The performance begins at 4 PM, with admission opening 30 minutes prior.
