Attendee and Exhibitor Counts for InfoComm 2025 Announced Publicly
InfoComm 2025, held from June 7 to 13 in sunny Orlando, Florida, saw a grand total of 30,998 verified attendees from 97 countries thud their way through the Orange County Convention Center's West Hall. With 18% hailing from other lands, our global audiovisual community came together to celebrate all things AV.
The event played host to 817 exhibitors, each showcasing a smorgasbord of pro AV products and solutions, spanning 400,100 net square feet. If that number doesn't impress you, imagine a piece of real estate the size of over 9 football fields!
The energy was electric, and Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President of Expositions, Americas, AVIXA, couldn't help but notice it. "The moment the doors opened, the vibe at InfoComm was off-the-scale intense," she said. "What was most rewarding to witness was the healthy dose of business being conducted on the show floor."
TheInfoComm 2025 program was nothing short of a sensory overload, brimming with inspiring speakers, educational opportunities, networking events, and certification exams.
Wednesday morning saw a lively discussion between Dang Ly from Universal Destinations & Experiences, Jeff Zabel of Amazon Web Services (AWS), and moderator Todd Hougland of Ripley Entertainment. The trio gathered to discuss the escalating demand for immersive, personalized experiences that seamlessly blend the digital and physical universes, like Universal's Epic Universe. They delved into the essential roles cloud infrastructure and AI-powered intelligence play in powering these cutting-edge experiences.
On Thursday, AVIXA's Women's Breakfast drew a gargantuan crowd, celebrating the women trailblazers in the pro AV field. Technologist Noelle Russell, the brilliant founder and chief AI officer of the AI Leadership Institute, took center stage and shared tales from her career at AWS and Microsoft.
Testing their mettle, several attendees also took the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and Audiovisual Network Professional (ANP) exams. A whopping 121 CTS badges were earned at the show, including 78 CTS, 22 CTS-D (Design), and 21 CTS-I (Installation). The grand total of CTS holders now sits tall at over 14,800. Additionally, 10 attendees successfully obtained their Audiovisual Network Professional (ANP) certification, bringing the total number of ANP certification holders to 230.
