Geekz Ventures, a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization, is accepting applications for the second edition of its GROWTH pre-accelerator program. This 10-week program, launched in 2023, is designed to support underestimated founders building high-potential tech-enabled startups, with a thematic emphasis on MediaTech, Connectivity, Entertainment, and Mobile Technology.

The program offers a comprehensive approach to startup growth, guiding founders through customer discovery, product validation, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising preparation. Participants will benefit from mentoring by experienced operators, business education, a robust curriculum, community support, peer-to-peer collaboration, and access to training, resources, and coaching to refine ideas and gain first paying customers.

Equity-free micro-grants will be provided to support startup development, and continued mentoring and coaching opportunities will be available for promising startups beyond the formal 10-week program. Brandon Wilkins, a seasoned strategist and startup ecosystem builder, will continue as Program Manager for the upcoming cohort.

Geekz Ventures is backed by the Techstars Foundation, highlighting its credibility and support network. The program's first cohort, launched in 2023, consisted of ten promising startups. Kunbi Tinuoye, the founder and Executive Director of Geekz Ventures, expressed excitement for the upcoming cohort, stating, "We are building an ecosystem that equips, supports, and elevates underestimated founders."

Spots are limited and demand is expected to be high. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply on the Geekz Ventures site. Applicants will be assessed based on their product, potential impact, and capacity to build a scalable business. The main image for the article features Cary Wheelous, CEO of Hayti.
