Annual city fair educates kindergarten kids on harvest season's essence
Maria Krücken, the beloved Storytime Fairy, has a special message for city residents: visit the farm stores! Krücken expressed her excitement about the discoveries that await in the city fields and emphasised that farm stores have many exciting things to see, making them worth visiting for both adults and children.
In September, Krücken held her Storytime sessions at the Leipzig Botanical Garden, where she read a series of books focusing on the harvest, food, and the origins of these items. Among the books she shared were "How Wheat Becomes Bread - Story Theater - For the Little Ones", "The Cool Bean", "Benny Blue Potatoes, Mushrooms", and "Thank You, Little Apple".
One of the books Krücken read, "Paul Pampelmuse Doesn't Want Vegetables", was a delightful tale that no doubt entertained her young audience. However, no new book titles were mentioned in the current paragraph.
As the days get shorter and the leaves begin to change, Krücken wishes everyone happy snacking as they explore the farm stores and city fields. With the theme for September being "Harvest Time", there's no better time to embark on this culinary adventure and discover the wonders of the harvest season.
