AIHM College Establishes NCUK Collaboration, Offering Access to Over 60 University Routes for Thai and Asian Pupils
AIHM-NCUK Partnership Offers International University Pathways in Thailand
The Asian Institute of Hospitality & Management (AIHM) has partnered with the Northern Consortium United Kingdom (NCUK) to become Thailand's first accredited NCUK Study Centre. This collaboration provides Thai students and other Southeast Asian students with a unique opportunity to pursue internationally recognized pathway programs, leading to over 60 partner universities worldwide [1][2].
The partnership offers three main internationally recognized pathway programs: the International Foundation Year (IFY), the International Year One (IYOne), and the Master's Preparation (MP). The IFY and IYOne pathways, priced at approximately $12,016 (THB 390,000), are designed for one year of study in Thailand followed by three years at a partner university abroad or progressing to the second year of a degree overseas, respectively. The Master's Preparation program, although specific details were not disclosed, is aimed at postgraduate studies [1][2].
The programs are designed to bridge local Thai qualifications with overseas university requirements, guaranteeing university admission upon successful completion. They cover focus areas such as Business, IT, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Events Management, and Computer Science [1][2].
Adrian Ting, NCUK Regional Manager, praised AIHM College for delivering one of the highest qualities of education in Thailand. The AIHM-NCUK launch event was attended by representatives from the British Embassy, NCUK executives, education agents, and press members [1][2].
